CITY2SAND ACCOMMODATION city2sand calpe beach city2sand beach views

The architecture of The Galetamar is visually refreshing and rather “art deco” in it’s look compared to other hotels in the area. With its pretty rounded balconies overlooking the sea, this hotel is a 1-minute walk from the pretty Caleta Beach cove. A short stroll to the nearby sister hotel the Diamante Spa Beach Hotel for all the daily and nightly festival entertainment and activities.

What guests say about The Galetamar Hotel;

“We stayed here for one week at the end of May, beginning of June. The hotel was at the edge of Calpe so it was very quiet- just what we wanted. It is a stone’s throw from a little beach which was perfect for families- shallow, sheltered with a small reef teeming with fish so excellent for snorkelling. The main… UK – May 2016

“We stayed at Galetamar for a week and loved it. We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful! It had a small kitchenette which was very useful for the fridge. The shower was fabulous and we had sea views from the balcony. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and was kept that way during our stay by the cleaners who came in every day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from our first welcome at reception to the staff in the restaurant and the cleaners. We were half board and enjoyed our breakfast and dinner every day in the restaurant. There was plenty of choice and the food was delicious! I am vegetarian and found the labels above each dish very useful. The hotel is in a good position a very short walk from the beach. There is plenty to do in Calpe and , if you have a hire car, ( free parking at the hotel) lots to see further afield. We would recommend this hotel and will be back”  Deborah H  UK – April 2016

“The hotel staff during our stay where brilliant, I seem to use this word a lot but they were, the front of house staff that really stood out and warrant a mention for their friendliness and welcoming smiles especially where Andriena and Arancha, thank you : )

“The hotel grounds and pool again were immaculate, the gardens well kept and spotless.

Would recommend this hotels.

I run rock climbing courses in Europe, Costa Blanca being one of our destinations and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel for my client’s, due to it’s cleanliness, facilities, location, secure plentiful parking, excellent food and friendly welcoming. I’m already looking forward to returning to The Galetamar in the near future.” Andy H – Newcastle Upon Tyne UK 2016
